Luncheon-debate with Scott M. Weber, President of Interpeace

What is the role of International Geneva in the prevention of conflicts?

Interpeace is an international organization for peacebuilding working in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Initially created within the UN, Interpeace became independent in 2000 and signed an host-state agreement with Switzerland in 2018. Together with local partners and local teams, Interpeace develops solutions to conflict which are led locally from the grassroot communities to the most senior decision-making levels. Its approach seeks to help different parts of society come together to identify and harness their common strengths.
